1.2 By using our website or booking with us, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, you must not use our website or services.
1.3 You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or make bookings. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
1.4 External links may appear on our site. We do not control or guarantee the content or suitability of these external sites; you should conduct your own due diligence.

4. Payments, Bookings, and Refunds

4.1 Payment is required in advance for all sessions, courses, or online content access.
4.2 Bookings are confirmed only when payment has been received and acknowledged by us.
4.3 Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the fee.
4.4 Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may allow payment to be transferred to another session at our discretion.
4.5 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are an individual booking online or by phone, you may have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of making it, unless the session or course is scheduled to take place within that period and you have agreed to begin the service immediately, in which case your statutory cancellation rights may be waived.
4.6 Refunds, where applicable, will be made using the same method as the original payment unless otherwise agreed.

5. Licence to Use Website

5.1 You may:
(a) View pages in a web browser;
(b) Download pages for caching;
(c) Print pages for personal use;
(d) Stream audio or video content; and
(e) Use the site through a browser — subject to these terms.
5.2 You must not download or save material except as permitted above.

15.2 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

16.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
