11th January - Improvers Training (previously known as 'Grading Training')

2 hour duration - Venue: The Studio, Rushden.

This course is to advance your skills, moving on from where you are to a place of greater knowledge and ability.

25th January - 24 Move Tai Chi Form

*** 4 places remaining 10th Jan ***
4 and a half hour duration or 2 hour option - Venue: Chelveston Village Hall.

Learn (or improve) what is probably the most widely practiced Tai Chi form in the World.
