Tai Chi is renowned for its health benefits, but it can also provide you with a formidable means of self protection? Our sessions offer a unique blend of traditional Tai Chi principles and practical self-defence techniques.

Improvers Training (previously known as 'Grading Training')

2 hour duration - Venue: The Studio, Rushden.

This course is to advance your skills, moving on from where you are to a place of greater knowledge and ability.

24 Form Tai Chi

4 and a half hour duration or 2 hour option - Venue: Chelveston Village Hall

25th January

Learn (or improve) what is probably the most widely practiced Tai Chi form in the World.


Both courses open to anyone of any skill level.

"In the ten months since starting I have become more conscious in general of how I am standing and moving and my balance is improving. In addition, because I find remembering moves and forms quite difficult I have to concentrate hard during the class and when (if!) practising, so tai chi is proving a good way to clear my mind of everyday preoccupations.
